I know how hard it can be to build a recipe collection that you can use in your meal planning, I have set myself a wee challenge to cook one new recipe each week so we can build our collection up, and give you meal ideas too!

Just a wee disclaimer - we do use a lot of Venison. Why you ask? Hubby is an avid hunter essentially we just pay processing fee at the butcher so saves us a lot of $$ on our grocery bill. But doesn’t mean you can’t try the recipes too - simply sub out for Beef or Lamb
