Sausage Ragitoni
Who doesn’t like a pasta dish? This one was pretty quick and easy to whip up and feels a wee bit fancy. We rated it a 7/10, all 3 of us enjoyed it.
-Any pasta would do (I just used the rigatoni as that’s what she did)
-Could more tomato paste lil but less cream for a more in-depth tomato taste - which we will do next time
-Any kind of flavoursome sausage would work. We just used Venison ones as we have an abundance of them. Would go quite nice with spicy sausage
-Could defs hide some more veggies in there - zucchini, carrot, spinach (but my husband disagrees 😂)
Ingredients
5 pack of Sausages (Skin removed)
2 - 3 heaped Tbsp Tomato Paste
300ml Thicken Cream
1.5 cups of. Pasta Water
2 handfuls of fresh Basil
Pasta - Any pasta would do (I just used rigatoni )
Sprinkle of grated Parmesan
Method
Cook pasta until al dente (follow packet instructions)
Remove meat from sausage skin and crumble
Cook sausage in a pan until nice and brown
Then add tomato paste and cook off, then add basil and cream
Then add pasta water to help loosen sauce
Add parmesan to get it nice and creamy
Add cooked pasta, let it sit and gel to together.
Then enjoy!
