Hey, I’m Rebecca!

The brains and heart behind Partially Organised, where I help busy business owners ditch the admin overwhelm with remote business support (aka Virtual Assistance!).

I’m a wife to a shift worker, boy mum x2, and a natural born chaos organiser. I love making things run smoother, whether it’s a business, a home, or a never-ending to do list.

A few random facts about me:

  • I’ve worked in admin & business support for over 10 years - systems, emails, invoicing and making things more efficient are kinda my jam.

  • I worked in a café but don’t drink coffee (I know, shocking). My go-to drinks? Green tea, chai latte, or hot choc.

  • I’m the eldest sibling—which means I’ve been the family’s travel agent, planner, and unofficial tech support forever.

  • My life right now? Renovating our first home while raising two busy boys. We’re kinda on the home straight, but it’s been a ride!

At the end of the day, I love helping business owners simplify the things they didn’t even realize were slowing them down. Whether it’s tidying up your inbox, sorting your invoicing, or setting up better systems. I’m here to make things easier.

When I’m not working, you’ll find me baking, cooking, or out for a stroll with my four babies (two human, two fur).

My why

I wanted to get back to doing what I love, helping businesses stay organised and run smoothly, but as a mum to two young high-spirited boys and a wife to a shift worker, I needed something that fit my life not the other way around. After hours of searching job sites, nothing felt right, too many hours away from home or shifts that didn’t work around my husband’s schedule or childcare.

So, I bit the bullet and created my own path using the skills I had developed in my 10 years administrative experience. I started small, working a few hours a week during nap and from there, my business and capacity steadily grew.

Now I get to support business owners while still being present for the precious moments with my family. It’s the best of both worlds, and I get to help others create more time and ease in their businesses too.

But why Partially?

Wait, what? You want to be fully organised?
Okay, okay I get it. But hear me out…
