We started working with Rebecca in May 2025, to help put some systems in place for our business that we’ve had for 19 years. We needed to simplify and come up with the times, because these old time fossils were still using a physical diary and pencil to take bookings, manually do our quoting in word, with no system to save it (it was printed and added to the “Mountain of paperwork”.
Our long term goal was to have all our customer data in one place for when we are ready to retire / sell our business so that it's all in one place and able to generate ongoing business for the new owner.
Now we have a system in place where all job data is in one place and easy to find, and we’re not trying to rummage through piles of paperwork to find customers' quotes or the jobs we’ve completed. With the help of Rebecca we have also set up a servicing program where our customers receive regular reminders. Which has generated an exceptional amount of work that otherwise wouldn’t have had.
Quoting and invoicing had always been a chore and very manual process. But since working with Rebecca it is now streamlined, simple and easy even with us non tech savvy that were very much against moving to updated systems.
A lot of our admin work had to be done in our own time after getting home from a full day's work, but with the new systems in place and the help from Rebecca this work is now completed during the day, giving us our time back and reigniting the passion back into the business.
